THE PLANNING PROCESS
Initial Consultation
Our initial consultation may be held via zoom or in person. This is a perfect time to get to know one another and learn about your vision. Notes are gathered and sent to you along with a list of action items for both you and your coordinator.
Final Consultation
Final Walkthrough
This meeting takes place about 30 days prior to your wedding. It may be held via zoom or in person at your venue. We will go over your timeline, floorplan and any other details required to make your day uniquely yours.
After your final walkthrough, you will meed via zoom or in person to go through final questions and action items.

Confirm Vendors
Details, arrival/departure times and contracts will be confirmed one week prior to your wedding to be sure all vendors are on the same page with the vision you have created.

Rehearsal
Transfer of Documents
We will guide you through your rehearsal so everyone knows where to stand and what to do. This is also a great time to go over any last minute questions or go through any decor items you may have brought to the venue.
Final versions of your day of timeline and floorplans will be sent to vendors.

Coordination
Point of Contact
Set Up
We will be the point of contact for your wedding party, family and vendors throughout the day so that you can be a guest at your own wedding.
Coordination includes getting everyone down the aisle for the ceremony, managing a smooth flow of the day with each vendor, assisting guests as needed, assisting vendors as needed and making sure you are enjoying every moment!
Your coordinator will set up tables, chairs and decor according to the notes created based on your vision.
Repurpose Ceremony Decor
After you are officially married, ceremony florals and decor will be repurposed throughout your reception space so that you and your guests can enjoy them for the remainder of the evening.
Cards | Gifts
While you are enjoying mingling with your guests, no need to stress about your cards and gifts. They will be safely secured in a location of your choice.
Gratuity Distribution
Do you have envelopes that need to be distributed to your vendors? If so, your coordinator can handle this for you.
Strike
When it's all said and done, we will take down and pack all decor. This also includes a to go box of leftovers and desserts to enjoy when you get settled in for the evening. Everything will be be loaded into your vehicle.
Last to Leave
Your coordinator will be the last to leave! They will be sure your catering team has cleaned according to venue requirements, all personal items have been loaded out and guests have a safe ride home.
